Florida Today – UF study: Rainy season fertilizer bans may harm your grass
Synopsis: UF studies conclude that banning Fertilizer during the rainy season does more harm than good due to encouraging excess fertilizer during times of the year when it is not needed and grass is not actively growing. In addition very little runoff occurs when application rates are followed.
